Enjoy Tamil Nadu style rawa idlis. This mix has all the ingredients to make rawa idli in a jiffy. Just add buttermilk (sour curd works best). Soak for 20 to 30 minutes. Adjust the consistency. Add a pinch of baking soda. Steam it like regular for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with potato sabji or one of our chutneys.
We love this batter for its moong dal flavor. It goes really well with our chutneys or with green chutney that you might use for chaat or bhel.
